The path from idea to first order is shorter than it looks if you do the steps in the right order.
Step 1 — Pick a tight first collection
Start with a few styles you can describe clearly. Every style carries its own pattern and its own minimum per colour.
Step 2 — Prepare your brief
Sketches, reference garments, measurements and fabric direction. See our tech pack checklist.
Step 3 — Pattern and sample
Pattern development takes 7–15 calendar days after specifications and materials are confirmed, excluding shipping. You approve the sample, or we revise it with you.
Step 4 — Plan the first run
Our minimum is 100 pieces per colour, per style. Decide sizes and colours against what you can sell, not what looks impressive.
Step 5 — Keep your files
Keep your tech pack, approved sample photos and measurements together so reorders stay consistent.
